Seksion Maloya
KABAR
La Séksion Maloya nous vient tout droit de la région parisienne, où depuis plusieurs années elle se bat pour promouvoir la culture Réunionnaise, en particulier par le biais du Maloya.
Musique hérité des esclaves, c’est un art « endémique » de la Réunion. Métissé dès ses premières heures, puisqu’il a été créé par les esclaves malgaches et africains dans les plantations sucrières. Il s’est rapidement étendu à toutes les populations de l’île, et s’est ainsi nourri d’influences indiennes, profanes ou sacrées. Il est le crie de vie des peuples néantis.
La Seksion Maloya nous transmet l’essence de cette musique, à travers un maloya pur, fait de percussions et de voix.
